Once an account is created, you can update your addresses under “View Address” or update your payment method under "Payment methods"

Free standard shipping (within the continental US) on orders over $35.00, before tax and shipping charges. Orders that do not meet the minimum will be charged $4.95 for standard ground shipping & handling.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm Pacific Standard Time, excluding holidays. Any orders submitted on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. Please allow up to 2 full business days for your order to be processed, picked, packed, and shipped. Please allow 5-7 business days for standard ground shipping delivery.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
We are currently shipping to Canada for a flat rate of $15 However, additional customs fees and taxes are dependent on your country and we are not responsible for this fees!! Generally, it can take anywhere from 10-45 business days for shipping via USPS. Once the order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation of the order and once the order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, where you can track your order.

United States Shipping Cost:
Flat Shipping Cost for Ground shipping is $4.95 fee applies to all orders under $35.00 within the continental United States. Free Shipping on orders $35.00 and over (U.S. Only)
Flat shipping cost for Canada is $15.00 shipping cost with no minimum.
These fees include all shipping and handling costs but DO NOT include taxes or customs fees!!
Please make sure you inquire with your country's customs on fees, prohibited items, and weight limits.
**Shipping charges are non-refundable.**
WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We process and ship your order within 1-2 business days. Orders received after 2:00 PM PST, will be processed the following business day. Generally, domestic orders take 6-8 business days, from when they are placed, to be delivered via USPS. International orders can take 10-45 business days to be delivered via USPS, depending on the country. You will receive a shipping notification with your tracking information once your order is ready to ship. Orders are packaged and shipped Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm PST.
CAN I UPDATE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I PLACED IT?
Unfortunately, once the order is placed you cannot cancel or update your order. Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. However, you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org once you receive your order to get an RA number to return the product back to BeautyOn. You will be responsible for the shipping cost back to BeautyOn.
I RECEIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER; HOWEVER, I DON’T SEE ANY ACTIVITY WHEN I TRACK MY PACKAGE.
Our automated fulfillment process generates the tracking number as soon as the shipping labels are made. Please allow 1-2 business days for the order to be shipped and for the tracking information to be updated
WHAT IF I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Please check to make sure that the tracking notification did not go to your text or email spam folder. If you are unable to find it, please contact email@example.com with your order number (i.e. #BO0000), and your first and last name.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY TRACKING STATES DELIVERED, HOWEVER, I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please email our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your full name, order number (i.e. BO0000), and your tracking number. We will look into the matter and help you find your package, however. we are not responsible for the lost/ damaged package during transit.
Any Refused or unclaimed packages will be charged all actual shipping costs. Shipping carriers charge for both to and return shipments.
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs for refused, unclaimed shipments/delivery or undelivered due to wrong address, missing parts of your address (apt #, ste #...)
WHAT IF I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER OR RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
BeautyOn is not responsible for package/ box that is stated delivered but missing at the mailing site. For lost or missing package please contact USPS along with your tracking number to file a claim.
We make the best efforts to ensure that all orders are carefully inspected by our staff for damages and defects prior to leaving the warehouse.
In the case of defective or wrong items, please contact customer service via e-mail email@example.com within three (3) business days of delivery and provide the nature of the defect. Any claims made after (3) business days will NOT be accepted. Our excellent customer care team will work with you to resolve the situation. If a damaged item is received due to rough delivery, Shopbeautyon.com is not liable for these damages, and claims need to be made with the carrier company. In a case of a Manufacturer defective item or a wrong item sent to you, please contact our customer service team and they will be happy to assist you!
RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
Refunds are only accepted for unopened/unused products. If your product is unopened, unused, and has been purchased within 15 days, please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number (i.e. BO0000), and your first and last name. You will receive an RA number to return the product(s) back to BeautyOn.
Please keep in mind you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to BeautyOn.
For products NOT purchased through www.shopbeautyon.com, please contact the original place of purchase for a refund.
